Born on a remote island in 1920, I was raised by a kindly family of Rhesus monkeys. I eventually left my tropical home on a raft I fashioned out of twigs and vines to go forth into the wicked world. Armed only with a sketchbook and Long, luxurious hair, I got into many a perilous adventure before finally settling down in Seattle, where I am now an illustrator.
