My process usually starts with rough pencil sketches sent by e-mail.
Then we discuss what needs tweaking and what doesn't until I get the go ahead to do the finished art.
My regular rate is $35 an hour, but I can negotiate flat fees.
I charge a "kill fee" for jobs terminated by the client after work has been done but before delivery of final art, equal to 30 percent of the negotiated amount.
